The notification bell
The bell in the dashboard header shows an unread badge and a dropdown of the latest notifications. Click any notification to jump straight to what it’s about — a conversation, a booking, a payment, a campaign.
What triggers notifications
- Escalations — a conversation handed to a human.
- Bookings — a new booking request.
- Payments — a receipt waiting for review.
- Gap analysis — suggested questions ready to approve.
- Campaigns — a campaign finished sending.
- Quota warnings — you’re near your plan’s conversation cap.

A dedicated page lists everything with type filters and mark-as-read. Read everything once and it stays read.
The email digest
Prefer email? Enable a daily or weekly digest and Selesai sends you a branded summary: top conversations, unanswered questions, campaign results, and payments to review — with the SelesAI logo, so it’s recognizable at a glance.
