Payments
Collect payments through Billplz or review bank-transfer receipts — from quote to confirmation in the same conversation.
Two ways to get paid

Connecting a gateway
Settings → Payments lets you connect a Billplz collection with your API key, signature key, and collection ID. Once connected, the bot can quote and bill from chat.
Reviewing payments
Receipts waiting for approval surface in the dashboard and the Payments page. Approve to mark the payment confirmed; the conversation updates accordingly.
Honest quoting
The bot only quotes from your knowledge base — your pricing policy is grounded in the documents you provide, so customers are never quoted invented prices.
