One click turns an empty bot into a ready bot: pre-written pricing, policies, and FAQ templates for six Malaysian industries.
What a starter pack is
A starter pack builds three documents — About your business, Pricing & Payments, and Policies & FAQ — written conservatively so the bot never overclaims. It personalizes them from the profile you entered in the wizard: your pricing policy is grounded verbatim, and your business description opens the About document.

Applying a pack
In the setup wizard’s Knowledge step (or any new workspace), choose your industry and click Use template. The three documents stream into the indexed list as they land — about a minute for all three. One pack per workspace keeps the knowledge coherent; specifics can be edited afterwards in Knowledge.
The no-invention fallback
If you didn’t enter a pricing policy, the pack doesn’t invent prices. Instead it teaches the bot to confirm the current price before booking — the honest default that protects you from wrong quotes.
After launch
Packs are starting points. Edit them in Knowledge → Documents, run the gap analysis to find what your industry pack missed, and approve answers to fill in the specifics of your business.
