Step 1 — Create your workspace

Sign up with your business name, work email, and a password. Your workspace — a dedicated dashboard for your business — is created instantly. You can pick a plan on the pricing page or start on the free trial and upgrade later.

Step 2 — Run the setup wizard

The wizard takes you through three steps. It saves your progress as you go, so you can close the tab and come back exactly where you left off.

    Business

    Your business name, what you offer, and your pricing policy. This is how the bot describes your business and how it quotes prices.

    Knowledge

    Teach the bot your facts. Pick a starter pack for your industry, upload documents, or paste text. One click runs the AI gap analysis that finds questions your knowledge can’t answer yet.

    Channel

    Connect where your customers talk to you: the website widget, Telegram, or WhatsApp. This step is optional — the widget works on every plan even before you connect anything.

You don’t need perfect knowledge to go live. The gap analysis finds what’s missing, and every “I don’t know” the bot says lands in Needs attention so you can fill the gaps over time.

Step 3 — Test before you share

Open the Knowledge page and use “Test your bot” to ask the questions your customers actually ask. Watch what it gets right, what it admits it doesn’t know, and what it escalates to you. Answer the gaps to make the bot smarter.

Step 4 — Share and grow

Copy your widget link or embed code into your website, or point customers at your Telegram bot. Every conversation lands in your Inbox. When you’re ready to sell to prospects, add them on the Prospects page and Selesai reaches out within your safety limits.
